Important dates for instructors, students and staff are listed below, according to the session.
Notifications
- When the SCF (SETE) period begins an email notification is sent to both students and instructors that surveys are available. An individual email is sent per class that is eligible for evaluation.
- Reminders to students are sent as an email notification. An individual email is sent per class that still has a survey that has not been completed.
- Current response rates generate one email notification during the evaluation period during the last week of evaluations. Faculty who wish to check current response rates before or after the notification is sent can do so via the Canvas integration for SCF (SETE)
- Monday, May 4 - SCF (SETE) period begins
- Thursday, May 7 - First reminder to students
- Thursday, May 14 - Second reminder to students
- Saturday, May 16 - Finals begin
- Wednesday, May 20 - in progress response rates go out to faculty
